The site of the wine and the wine steward is dedicated to those who wishes to deepen the own acquaintance of the wine, learning, even though in theoretical way, the contents of a course of tasting of the wine, supplying also the archives always in evolution of the several made tastings of the wine "on the field". The site of the wine and the wine steward does not expect to replace neither a course of tasting of the wine neither of enologia neither of becoming wine steward or it makes you to learn all the secrets of the cultivation of the screw or the wine making. Objective is that one of to knowing the theory of the tasting, the characteristics of main vitigni and the some terms legacies to the wine in the section dedicated to the words of the wine (glossario) which: phenolic antociani, pigments, bouquet, tasting, gustativo, olfattivo, visual examination, barrique, let alone meant of the main acronyms which DOC, DOCG, VSQPRD, VQPRD, IGT, VSQ and, above all, trasmetterVi a little of our passion on the wine.
